Xpress Sewa Transaction Terms and Conditions:
Our Services allow you to transfer funds to Recipients from Australia to Nepal in Nepalese currency.
This document sets out the Transaction Terms and Conditions (Transaction Terms) that apply to the instruction you give us and the transaction we make acting on your Instruction.
These Transaction Terms are not a standing arrangement to give us instructions or for us to make transactions acting on your instructions. Each instruction and corresponding transaction is made under separate Transaction Terms and you must agree to the Transaction Terms each time before submitting an instruction.

Xpress Sewa Profile Creation Terms and Conditions are the based an account you create with us. You agree to the Xpress Sewa Profile Creation Terms and Conditions once, at the time you create a Profile.

Xpress Sewa's Referral Terms and Conditions set out how you can participate in our Referral Program. You agree to Xpress Sewa’s Referral Terms and Conditions when you agree to our Profile Terms and/or when you participate in the Referral Program.1.YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE REFERRAL TERMS
You accept and agree to these Referral Terms when you: acknowledge acceptance of the electronic version of the Referral Terms as part of your acceptance of the Xpress Sewa User Agreement; and/or when you participate in the Referral Program. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained within the Referral Terms in their entirety, you are not authorised to register as a “Referrer” or to participate in the Referral Program in any manner. You agree that we may send you and any individual you refer communications regarding the Referral Program, consistent with our Privacy Notification and Consents. We may update and/or vary these Referral Terms from time to time and may also add additional terms and conditions for specific “Rewards” where necessary.2.PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM
As a participant in the Referral Program, you agree to use the Xpress Sewa service to promote the Referral Program in the manner specified by these Referral Terms, thereby acting as the “Referrer”.
Referrers are required to register with the Xpress Sewa service.

How does Refer a Friend work?
For every friend that signs up with your unique referral code and sends the specified minimum amount, we’ll send you both a reward voucher!
To become eligible, you just need to make your first transaction with us. Once you’ve sent your first transaction, we’ll email your unique referral code to you within few days - and you’ll also be able to check it in your ‘My Account’ page.
Once you’ve received your referral code, you can share it with as many friends as you like!
When one of the friends you’ve shared your referral code with decides to sign up for Xpress Sewa account, just make sure they add your referral code in the promo code field on the sign-up form.
And once your friend has sent the minimum send amount ($100), we’ll email you both with your Refer a Friend vouchers within few days.
You can use your voucher with any future transaction over the next 12 months, so enjoy saving!
Why haven’t I received my referral code?
Once you’ve completed your first transaction, we’ll send your unique Refer a Friend referral code to the email address linked to your Xpress Sewa account within few days.
Your code will also become visible in your ‘My Account’ page – but please check that you’re logged in to access your account details!
If you can’t find your referral code on your account, this usually means that you haven’t successfully sent a transaction with us just yet.
Why isn’t my referral code working?
To be part of our Refer a Friend scheme, you need to be a new customer who has been referred by an existing Xpress Sewa customer.
And when you’re signing up for your Xpress Sewa account, make sure you add your referral code in the promo code field. Once you’ve signed up, you’re no longer a new customer and therefore won’t be able to apply a referral code.
Alternatively, your referral code might become inactive if the person that sent you the code has breached our terms and conditions or is no longer an Xpress Sewa customer.
When will I get my Refer a Friend voucher?
Once your friend has sent the minimum send amount($100), we’ll send your unique Refer a Friend voucher to the email address linked to your Xpress Sewa account within few days.
When will my friend get their voucher?
Once your friend has sent the minimum send amount, we’ll send your friend’s unique Refer a Friend voucher to the email address linked to their Xpress Sewa account within few days.
How do I use my Refer a Friend voucher?
You just need to add your voucher in the promo code field on your next transaction, and the voucher amount will be automatically deducted from the total send amount.
You can only use your voucher once, so be sure to send the voucher amount or more to get the full benefit! You must also use your voucher within 12 months or it will expire.
Why isn’t my Refer a friend voucher working?
You can only use the voucher linked to your Xpress Sewa account - you can’t apply someone else’s voucher to your transaction.
Please make sure that you’re using your voucher code and not your referral code, as these are two different codes. An example of a voucher code is: SIENGYEOML.
Make sure you use your voucher within 12 months or it will expire!
What is the minimum send amount to qualify for Refer a Friend?
Before you can receive your Refer a Friend voucher, the person you refer must send a minimum amount with us. They can do this either in one transaction or send the total amount over several transfers.

We reserve the right to ask you and your friend for all necessary Know Your Customer related documentation to comply with our Know Your Customer obligations and protect against fraud.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel a refer a friend request for any legitimate reason at our discretion and in particular if we suspect that there has been any misuse of this promotion in any way. Misuse of the promotion can include but is not limited to:
a) the person you refer qualifies for an electronic voucher by sending money back to you;
b) creating non-genuine or multiple accounts;
c) generating a number of electronic vouchers which is, in Xpress Sewa’s discretion, excessive and not in accordance with the spirit of this promotion;
d) inviting existing Xpress Sewa customers; and
e) the making of non-genuine payments.
These Terms and Conditions as well as the Promotion FAQs are intended to be legally binding and are governed by Australian law.
Xpress Sewa accepts no liability for any use of the Refer a Friend Promotion which does not comply with the answers to the FAQs and the Terms and Conditions.
We may revise the FAQs / Terms and Conditions at any time at our discretion.
Continued use of Refer a Friend shall amount to acceptance of the FAQs / Terms and Conditions in force at that time.
We reserve the right to alter, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time.
You are liable for any personal tax consequences of this promotion and Xpress Sewa accepts no liability in relation thereto.
